"No a very good day???? Took twice out my bank. Complained but sed didn't showed my account. So put back in to my account 9 days later still not had it. So rang. Not good service. Need to train staff lot better. All young kids with no manners or way with people."
"I watched while the served my 10 year old grandson he used his manners please and a thank you the sales assistant didn't say a word to him. So RUDE they do not deserve have customers. And to top it off when we got home she had left one of the security tags on the bag ,when I called in with it no apology for having to go back to store with the item."
"Absolutely shocking customer service. While looking at footwear for my 2 sons employees kept looking at us as though we were shoplifters. Yet when we actually wanted help with getting another size they were no where to be seen. Asked for help to then have to wait another 10 mins while he finished putting up posters!!. Then asked for help on clothing from another boy and he literally ignored me and walked off. In the end I just left. Seems it is run by a bunch of youngsters who just can't be bothered ( not all I'm sure some are helpful there...I've just never experienced them)"
