"Victoria came and measured our kitchen and said our design would be with us within a week. Three weeks later and still nothing!! I’ve called Howdens numerous times and even spoke to Victoria who informed me she had been absent from work that first week. She said the design would be with me within 48 hours. Still nothing! I’ve since emailed Michael (branch manager) to explain my frustration and upset but not had a response from him either. Poor service and lack of communication. I would NOT recommend Howdens (Yeadon) to anyone. We will spend our money elsewhere."
"Absolutely fantastic service and friendly staff. My builder supplied some doors and handles and a handle snapped, popped in and told there was a 10 year guarantee and handle replaced there and then. Excellent and highly recommend"
"Not impressed with the quality of units considering the cost. Builder they referred has cut a lot of corners, only visible now the kitchen is in use. Entire carcass for under cupboard sink was shodily constructed meaning the door has come off twice. Am having to brace the fixing myself. Would not use again and would ensure use a totally independent builder."
