For the first time, a few years ago I took out cover on a Dyson vacuum cleaner and have probably now paid well towards a new one. When called into the store recently about a problem with it they were extremely offhand and just said to clean the filter. Would never take cover out again (and probably now unlikely to buy from the store in future although sales service had always been good)."

"All good until you don't buy the insurance and extended warranty on your purchase then the staff will turn on you and treat you like dirt! So obviously commision based up selling of products not worth the paper they are written on. Happened twice in here now so won't be returning."
