I described the machine I had , size of the one I had etc and got a call back in less than an hour with options. I had my new machine delivered the very next day, installed and old machine removed by them. No messing about, no fuss and lovely staff. This was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. Now been told it won't be delivered until Thursday 26th although The Appliance Store are advertising free delivery on 25th through Amazon.
