"OK. Great range of stuff but service is next to abismal. In queue and got beckoned to till with a head jesture by female member and then when served by young man... Not even a thank you or goodbye. Shame, as front staff on door were great."
"Recently ordered womens sweatshirt via cardiff shop, staff all went above and beyond to assist and a very speedy delivery. Many thanks"
"I’ve ordered a top to pick up and rang them if it’s there, the girl said my item is not there and all emails and texts say waiting to be picked up from store.???"
"Visited the store on 27th December to exchange a pair of expensive trainers my husband had bought me for Christmas for another size. I was told no returns until 29th December. I was with my 1 year old daughter and was nervous carrying an expensive pair of trainers around with town being as busy as it is and was advised to speak to the assistant manager who was stood nearby. I kindly asked for an exchange no need for a refund as I knew I wanted a size 7 replacement only. What I wasn’t prepared for was the way I was treated by such an obnoxious jobsworth of a man who called himself the assistant manager. He said (whilst looking away) “nope store policy no returns or exchanged until 29th, you’ll see this on your receipt”. I proceeded to show him the invoice which he wasn’t interested in (obviously because no such thing on there) before he said “well it says online”. Again showed him the website and asked to be shown where exactly it says that, “not interested it’s store policy it’s not getting exchanged today”. I was really angry at this point and asked for his name, “you don’t need my name it’s not relevant I’m just assistant manager”. I took this information rather upset and angry and walked away from the store to meet my husband before starting an online chat with footasylum. I spoke with a lovely gentleman named Chris who I can’t thank enough who advised I am within my rights to return or exchange the trainers and to go back and show him a link he had sent, he stayed online whilst I did this. When I returned to the store I asked to speak to another person as I didn’t feel comfortable speaking to the assistant manager anymore. The floor manager came to speak to me whilst the assistant manager clearly spoke about me to other members of staff whilst clearly in my site, this made me feel really uncomfortable and definitely unvalued as a customer. I felt uncomfortable being on my own with my daughter there as the assistant manager was really patronising so I called my husband to join me. When he did the assistant manager surprisingly disappeared. The floor manager corresponded with Chris the online advisor and diss appeared for some time. Chris in this time advised there is no such policy and he’s getting this issue with a few stores so I’ll definitely have this sorted today. After over an hour standing around, the floor manager returned to take the trainers from me and Chris advised the refund would be sorted his end. The floor manager signed my invoice to confirm he had taken the trainers as now I’m down the cost of the trainers and no trainers to show for it, not a great position to be in and I was sent on my way. Originally I attended for an exchange but after the service I was given I wanted nothing but a refund so I could purchase elsewhere. I can confirm I will never ever purchase anything through footasylum due to this experience, I went elsewhere that day and purchased a size 7 in the same trainer purely not to have to deal with footasylum ever again. Avoid"
"Jus left this store feeling like a criminal and I’m a distressed state due to the store managers rude approach and unhelpful attitude in exchanging items PAID FOR won’t help me contact relevant people to rectify this issue hundreds of pounds worth of clothing which is too small resulting in my son not havin any gift tomorrow for his bday due to this issue that store manager ellie said can exchange !!! Disgusting !!!"
