"I agree with other comments regarding the staff following people around x the woman was stuck to my side like glue throughout my time in the shop which made me feel uncomfortable however I was not pressured into purchasing anything and she was otherwise helpful x I love the clothes I got from there and will definitely shop there in future x although she said they usually don't put items aside, she did for me and the clothes were still waiting for me although I was two hours later than I said I'd be x"
"wife felt very pressured to purchase so picked up some stuff. came home and was distressed. phoned the shop to try and explain that the wife didn't want her money back but as she had purchased them off the sales rail there was no exchange even though on the receipt it said 16 days exchange or credit note. no signs to warn you of this so make sure you are 100% sure it's what you want before you pay"
