"Very very very very rude customer service. I have never experienced anything like this before. The guy on the till was an absolute embarrassment to the shop he’s got no manners whatsoever and shouted at us after asking politely for a refund. (This was promised by a lady on the day before). I bought the same dress in different colours and asked whether I could return the day after. However, when I went back to return he started shouting and kicked us out of the shop!!!!!! Never going back again. I’ve worked in retail myself and never experienced anything like this before. Very disappointed!!!"
