She was very prompt with her responses through email and although their phone line was very busy, they were still able to help us during the process. I am giving them, personally, a 5-star rating however my guarantor didn't have an easy time with their verification processes and had to ask a favour to her boss as well for a reference (note: my guarantor IS my boss and had to inform the boss of my boss - see how convoluted it had to go through?). Anyways, that is the reason why we are deducting a point from this review.
