"Really enjoyed my stay at Z Hotel in Bath. The staff are so friendly and helpful from the housekeepers to the managers, consistently pleasant and welcoming. My room was immaculate with a lovely comfortable bed and the bathroom was a decent size with a powerful shower. It was such good value for the price. The location couldn’t be better with all attractions in easy walking distance. Highly recommended and I felt very safe as a lone traveler."

"We booked a queen room for 1 night. Prices very reasonable for city centre. Great location right opposite theatre Royal and in the middle of bars and restaurants. The room had everything you needed. Air con, heating, sky TV, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, kettle, water, hairdryer and desk in room with charging points and controls above . Modern shower and toilet cubicle with clean fluffy towels, shower gel and hand soap. We found it perfectly serviceable for one night, but agreed it would be very small if staying longer. The bed was firm and pillows feather. A little uncomfortable for our taste. But it was all very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a small bar area at reception where you can order hot and cold drinks and snacks."

"Wow very impressed with our stay at Z hotel! We expected more of a budget stay because of the great price, but had a great experience here. The location is right in the centre of town. Rooms are small but perfectly fine for any stay less than a week. Employees are very friendly and seem like they actually enjoy working there, they even hold bags until 6pm on the day you check out. Will definitely stay again in Bath or their other locations!"

"Really happy with my stay here. I stayed with a friend for 3 nights. The location was ideal being a short walk from anything you'd want to see in Bath. The hotel itself was nicer than I imagined. No window and small room but I knew this upon booking. Staff very helpful and friendly. Kept our luggage in hold when we were checking out so we could explore before our train home. The only negative was the toilet & bathroom being behind frosted glass. You can absolutely see through the glass and the room is so small so you can't easily look away. I wish there was more privacy, but we managed and were happy with our stay regardless. I'd definitely recommend especially for a solo traveller but we made it work for friends. Great location, great service, great price!"

"Just came back from 3 nights in Bath. This hotel was amazing for location it was very central and close to everything. For price it was very cheap and couldn't complain. Staff were lovely and helped with any queries we had. The only downside to the hotel where the beds which could of been more comfy and less squeaky, this could've just been our bed However its only somewhere to sleep so it is a very minor thing."
