"Very misleading and deceptive pricing, expect to pay their "standard" cleaning cost on check out which is not included in the cost during booking. Staff were unhelpful when we questioned this surprise cost. The apartment was fine, however the shower flooded bathroom very quickly as there was no screen/curtain. Location was decent but highly recommend other side of the bridge (closer to station/centre)."
"Great location and bathroom but as for the rest disappointing. The entrance hall and stairs are straight out of the TV series rising damp,with faded decor and cooking smells on the first night frying onions and cabbage came up from the room below, the heating system is controlled by the owners and you have to call and ask for it to be put on.whole conversion cheaply done ,with mould and cracks in evidence.not cheap avoid"
"This was a great place to stay. Highly recommend it. Can be a bit hard to find, small sign down a sidestreet, but easy enough with the map. Easy walking distance of downtown Bath. Good local restraunts nearby. Beat if all: vey acommodating and flexible owner. We had some plane delays getting in, owner worked with us to rearrange booking (twice!). Definetly our first choice next trip."
