"We stayed at the Easter weekend. Positives: Central and quiet location with parking. Comfortable and clean beds. Pleasant decor. Good range of appliances for small apartment. Messages from staff were friendly. Negatives: Not properly clean: sticky handles in kitchen, hair in bath, crockery stained, cork still on corkscrew, crumbs around toaster. Carpet and blinds both need cleaning. Cubicle shower water temperature couldn't be regulated. No dishwasher tablets (host offered to refund us for these); found dishwasher loaded with salt instead of tablet. Coffee grounds supplied, but no device (e.g. cafetiere) to actually use them with. Address as supplied in welcome message couldn't be located accurately by Google navigation. Requests to clarify the address were responded to just by repeating the original address."

"We stayed 3 days in Alison's lovely flat in Bath. A very well appointed establishment, kitchen and bathrooms with modern fittings. Extremely comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome with Alison's Greetings pack of goodies. Great to have own parking and a nearby Convenience Store. Easy walking distance of most of the Bath highlights. We could not fault it Very happy and satisfied."
"Fantastic apartment. Thank you Alison -- it was beautifully presented, spotless (with a nice welcoming pack) and in a good position. Easy walk to all the pubs, local shops and Bath attractions. The bonus was the car park. Literally on the doorstep of both Henrietta Gardens and Sydney Gardens. We'd recommend it and would happily stay there again!"
