"I purchased a salt & pepper mill from John Lewis years ago, they were made by T&G Woodware. The mills have been brilliant and we love them. A little while ago, the salt mill stopped working. Remembering that they had a lifetime guarantee, I got in contact with T&G Woodware. Their Head of Customer Service, Julie, was brilliant and couldn't have been nicer. Julie sent me a replacement mechanism for the broken mill and another mechanism just in case the one in our pepper mill broke. Wonderful products, fantastic customer service and great company.
