"When I came in to buy a Super King bed my (yet to be diagnosed) autistic 3 year old son had a meltdown, the shop staff were super calm and made every effort to make him welcome, which included giving him as much time as we needed – they even offered to open the showroom after hours when it would have been quieter for him. They re-assured me that if the super king didn’t fit (up the stairs) they would bring it back to the shop and work with us to find an alternative solution or provide a refund. For comparrison, Bensons in Bristol said it would be a huge problem and there would be re-stocking & failed delivery fees if the bed didn’t fit. Overall a very pleasant experience and from now on, we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!"
