"After getting a call within a minute of filling out a quote form on a quote comparison website, I received a call from Konsileo to discuss my business's requirements in more depth. I followed up with an email containing confidential documents about my business to help the broker get back with a quote and received zero acknowledgement or follow up to that for a week. Also, no follow up to an email asking when I should expect to hear back. Tried calling the broker's mobile number and got no answer either... have effectively been ghosted by Konsileo. The most appallingly disappointing customer service I have received from any service provider. Konsileo claim to have pride in letting their brokers operate as independents but this one has gone totally AWOL. Perhaps a bit of oversight and quality control is needed here???"
