"These guys are the best people in the business, very friendly and helpful. My wheel nut was chewed off by overtightening from another tire shop (wont mention names) and they said they can do it. The job was very easy but after a few attempts, found out it was a hard job. They spent the whole day getting the nut out and they did it. Gave me a spare tire, to drive home with and to return when I have the new Alloy installed. Price was very good, after the hard graft. Thanks to everyone who worked on my car!"

"Untrustworthy & bad workmanship. I had all 4 of my worn tyres changed here in March 2020. As soon as I left the garage my tyre pressure monitoring system malfunctioned and a warning light has been displayed on my dashboard ever since. The staff here thought it was acceptable to damage one of my tyre pressure sensors (when changing the tyre) and to not tell and me. They then DUCK TAPED the damaged pressure sensor + chip back to my alloy. When you are running a business honesty doesn’t go far. But they chose to do this behind my back whilst I was asked to sit in the waiting room, rather than being honest and rectifying the mistake they had made. Would not recommend this garage to anyone."
"I had a flat tyre on New Year’s Eve, and unable to get home, after trying all the petrol garages in the area, which were unhelpful, I came across HD AUTO, and they were really helpful checked and located the problem. My tyre was re inflated, and I was able to get back across London. I will be returning to change my car tyres as they are so helpful and professional, first impression matters, and you just won a customer.
