"Really bad customer service . Not only did they keep me waiting for 30 minutes on the phone with staff who seemed to be clueless about the parts they sell , when handed on to a so called knowledgeable staff member of 40 years He told me that the item i was talking about wasnt sold on Ebay by them . Even though I explained that i was looking at the picture right then and there with him on the phone . He said that basically he wasnt going to argue with me ,( he didnt mind making me wait for his dribbling staff tho). He then decided that he would talk over me ( the paying customer ) and not allow me to purchase anything at all !! After a further 10 mins argument they finally decided that the customer might after all be right and decided to sell me the £198.00 part .just at the point of payment my mobile rings and a company called" ONLINE AUTOMOTVE " ring and say we can sell the same part £60 less (without the argument) .Dont you just love serendipity? I would rather have my toe nails removed with aids infected garden pliers than spend a single halfpenny with this spineless little fraction of a shop ! THIS HAS BEEN MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH T.R. LONDON . I can definitely recommend "ON LINE AUTOMOTIVE AS A FAST AND EFFICIENT COMPANY ."
