"Nice wee walk with my 3 year old daughter, seeing the Gruffalo characters"
"Short walk around the lake with a wee playground. So short that our 16 month old walked almost all of it - I can recommend it for younger children as well! Beside the wood carvings, we even saw a real doe and a swan family. There are only a couple of parking slots though"
"Lovely walk around the trail which also has a loch bang in the middle.. all free no charge to enter or to park cark... Swans have 4 babies at the minute with plenty of ducks around as well.. the walk is really nice and there is a play park for the young ones as well.. Lovely to see new carvings in place as some had become old and started to break down.. our 2year old granddaughter loves it x"
"Lovely walk... new benches installed since my last visit. And a few more animals installed too. Wee cygnets were at the side of the water today... as well as coots and ducks."
"Not exactly a trail. More of a circular walk round Kilmardinny Loch with a few handcarved Gruffalo characters, some in need of repair. Pleasant walk. Very popular with dog walkers. A slight detour takes you to a play park suitable for most ages but not fenced off. Recent bonus was a nesting swan."
