"I visited the shop on Sunday 25th March 2023 as someone new to the hobby side of pipe and cigar smoking, and the owner treated me like an old friend. He came outside and met me on the pavement, shaking my hand and introducing himself. Once inside the incredibly cosy and inviting little shop I explained what I liked flavour wise and he went through multiple options eventually building a wonderful starter kit including a 25g bag of a Light Vanilla house blend tobacco, a new short and curved stem pipe, plus tool, pipe cleaners etc at a truly amazing price. As I left he again shook my hand, gave me a business card and told me that while I would be warmly welcomed upon my return I can call and order blends over the phone or via the website which he will then mail to me in order to avoid a 90 minute to two hour drive. I will be returning and dealing with him in person just to repeat my initial experience as it really was akin to meeting up with an old friend. If you use tobacco products in any way shape or form you simply have to visit this store. "Well worth a visit, staff are always friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Very few places to get cigars these days and fewer with a range worth looking at, but this place is a real gem. Even if they dont have what you're looking for they are always happy to recommend something, and so far I've never left with a cigar i didn't enjoy. Very little moisture left. Which was a surprise for aromatics. And the shop keeper David. An amazing compliment to the shop. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable and always seemed happy to chew the fat. Made me a regular customer. Even if its through the mail order they offer."
