"They took my car 14 months ago with front offside damage. They brought it back on feb 13 2023 and theres not a panel thats not damaged on the car with the exception of the roof. They even put the damaged alloy back on the car which was ripped of in the accident."
"Car went in for bodywork repairs at the request of the 3rd party insurance which took over two weeks, the real problem was with the handover. I had a rental car and the company partners with the garage, after signing a document with the garage's driver that there was no damage on the car when they took it I thought great. I received notice of an eight inch scratch on the front bumper and when i attempted to get dentec to supply the proof I was not responsible for this damage was passed from pillar to post and fobbed off being told that the person dealing with my request was on holiday. Fortunately the 3rd party insurance providers covered the excess for the damage, others might not be so lucky to avoid being charged for damage dealt by their careless drivers."
"My car was picked up 24 hours after agreed time. Then, after two weeks without any communication we contacted them to be told it would be 9 days before it was ready. Two hours after us chasing them up we heard from insurance company that repair was now authorised. Clearly, our car had been sitting for two weeks without anyone looking at it. I sincerely wish we had chosen a different company. There is no proactive communication from them at all and the time taken ... we’re still waiting is beyond unreasonable."
"STAW AWAY!! Problems before they even collected my car. Told them it was not drivable yet still got a phone call the next day telling me someone was on their way to drive it away. So this was the first delay as had to wait longer (one day) for a tow truck. Phoned for time scales, took a few days for them to admit they could not give me one as only ONE person does estimates and they are off for a week. Was told I would get it Tuesday (2 weeks from when I put my car in), when I phoned they said it would be the next day they then said this for the next 3 days saying it was in the final stages (just a valet and a quality check). Turned out they had the wrong coloured wing mirror and had not told me (obviously not the final stages if there is no wing mirror on my car). They then suggested I put this wing mirror on the car instead. They have no idea how long a new wing mirror will take although they estimate over a week. They are polite on the phone however I suggest the mechanics communicate better so that the information is correct and so that the receptionists do not have to suffer for the mechanics lies. If they say they will phone you back they will not. Now going to take about a month for a simple wing mirror replacement, small dent and paint touch up to be completed. Not even got my car back yet and already had so many problems."
