"I am really happy with the service of Kerr-Tech Motor. I came in with an issue with my EGR system for my Vauxhall Astra. A previous garage had told me to go seek help directly from a dealer but I have a RAC warranty so felt it was better to try Kerr Tech first. I decided to go with them as they have a solid 5-star rating and have won multiple times a garage of the year. I was not disappointed, such a massive difference from the previous garage! Stevie and his team were really great at diagnosing, fixing and communicating back the issue to me. Here are the reasons this is now my go-to garage: -They have a proper online booking system -Once they start working on the car they provide regular updates on where they are fixing it. Moreover, there was full transparency on what are they doing, e.g. how are they diagnosing it, what are they fixing, and how are they ensuring the issue had been resolved. -The team is genuinely friendly. The garage is busy but Stevie made me feel like a valued customer, taking time to listen to what my issue was and assuring me they can get it fixed. -The garage is right next to the Rutherglenn station so it easy to get there and back while the car is being fixed It has been more than a week since my car has been fixed and it feels great not to worry about my issue. Moreover I know, if anything else comes about, I have a solid garage to turn to. I have started recommending the garage to friends! :)"
"Great customer service by Stevie who patiently replied to all my messages ahead of the appointment even outside working hours. The job was completed on the day at the pre-agreed price without any secret costs etc, although Stevie's team checked a couple of extra things I was concerned about that were not part of the job. After a couple of bad experiences at big companies' garages, I was looking for a garage I could trust that will be taking care of my car without ripping me off.
