"Served by a young lady who took my Dyson vacuum cleaner into the back while I waited, said battery was fine but motor was shot. Gave me a price of £119 (little steep I thought initially) and took my phone number. I said to go ahead and I would come in with money next day. Website says shop open 9.30am but opening hours on door say 9am. Showed up at 9.15 to see actual repair man opening up. The gent said that repair wouldn't be ready for a week and didn't the girl tell me but then found the cleaner with my name on ready to go. All in all lack of communication to customers and also to each other and conflicting information re opening hours..."
