"Delivery driver pressed doorbell and was caught running away. Completely unnecessary, we were home and answered the door immediately. The driver was also required to call an hour before delivery but falled to do so."

"Horrible experience, avoid if you can. The two drivers left the two parcels of my wardrobe at the entrance of my building. The parcels were huge and heavy, so I asked the drivers for help to bring them to the door of my flat, in the second floor, and they told me that when there's no lift they don't help customers. Later, when we complained about it the 2 drivers lied about the whole experience, and said that they didn't help me because, in their opinion, I was rude, that is absolutely false. Disgusting, never again."
"Two chaps turned up with my new flat packed wardrobe, they had phoned before arrival to give me an ETA so I did not have to wait around all day, the flat pack boxes were large and heavy, the chaps carried them into my house putting them exactly where I asked. They were pleasant to talk to and helpful. I have no problem giving 5 stars"
