"If I could leave zero stars I would .. called and booked taxi for my partner travelling to the airport received confirmation of booking. TAXI NEVER ARRIVED !! "Was stranded in houndslow west due to the rail strikes, I tried calling multiple cab company in the area but no answer. I then said to myself why not call Cabco and to my surprise I was being picked up in less than 20 min......thank you Cabco for your reliable service."
"Downloaded and booked a taxi using their app, which never arrived (we waited over 40 minutes and ended up using another company). The app isn't very user friendly - it shows cars nearby as you book but you can't then see which car is yours and track it to your pickup, the map just disappears unless you go back to make a new booking. While we were waiting I did test this by going back as though I was making a new booking, and it showed the same few cars in exactly the positions they'd been 20 minutes before, and definitely nothing moving towards us. I didn't want to think the worst so tried calling them to check there wasn't an issue with the app, but waited on the line for a few minutes and no one picked up. Best thing I can say really is that at least they didn't take any money when booking! I'm sure by other reviews that if you can reach them by phone you're fine, but if you need a taxi ASAP I can't recommend them after this experience."
