"I’ve used this service many times before the Covid pandemic. I had some bad experiences initially and even gave them a 1 star review right at the beginning. However, I believe in giving second chances and the explanation they offered made me realize that it wasn’t their fault. I then changed my review to a 5 star as pallet2ship again and again excelled. This company deserves our support as they struggle to keep costs as low as possible despite all the challenges the transport companies around the world face."

"As mentioned before.. very bad company Please Be Advised read all reviews before using this service. My mistake was listening to my colleagues instead of reading reviews. It has been a nightmare with the service they provide 100 percent all lies. They first quoted me £70 to deliver to Netherlands on a pallet, next day they arrive with a small van without a tail lift.. lucky I was present to help lift the pallet on the small van. Next day I get a email stating that the dimensions and weight are wrong so they take out £470 without my consent, next day they email me and state that the product has lost its invoice, the next day they email me and say the product is on hold. Two days later my client gets an email to pay another £100 to release the product from customs. So overall result with PALLET2SHIP IS VERY VERY BAD SERVICE..!!!!! I have now refunded £560 to my client in Netherlands due to there waiting and bad service from PALLET2SHIP. Pallet2Ship needs to STOP with all these lies and fraudulent skills they use on vulnerable people across the nation."
