"Had a pallet of sandstones just delivered. I had been concerned what was going to happen due to access. Don, rang me an hour before he was arriving and then arrived at the time he told with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. He got my double gate open (which I had not been able to) and swiftly brought the pallet (of goodness knows how many hundreds of kilos) in with ease. Set it up nicely to the side out of our way and with a smile and a thank you he was on his way again. I do highly recommend. Good customer service is alive and well in this company."
