"Incredibly abusive solicitor who works here shout and swore at my mother after blocking my mother's car which was parked on the public road. Alleged the area was private parking only, despite there being no signs. Hurled a torrent of abuse and profanity at my mother who has severe health issues. A company which employs "solicitors" such as this woman are probably not who you want representing you in a court of law. Especially when they're not savvy in civil law!!"
"Represented me at the police station then let the police abuse and violate my rights and ignored any contact asking them to protect their client. then represented me again at the police station but reused to represent me further because i logged a complaint. all they will do is send a trainee solicitor (not even qualified) and tell you to say no comment. your just another pay check and they dont want to mess up their police station contract so will allow you to be abused. Dont complain, they will just ignore it."
"Professional, determined and friendly. I can't recommend this company enough. They have truly been amazing with our case and I've always felt supported, understood and heard. I know I can call for support and get regular feedback. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend them. I have found everyone there, professional and friendly and eager to help. I went to them in a desperate, what seemed like a hopeless case but they have never gave up on our case. To simply thank them would never be enough !"
"As per both reviews above -stay away! I rang this firm on 25 October 2019 and after having spoken to a rude person called Tamara who demanded a payment of £250 per hour + VAT for transferring my case to them, they sent me application form (by post! although they knew that I have a hearing on 8.11.2019). To speed up the process I downloaded the same form online and returned it to them by email. All of a sudden, less than 3 clear business days before the hearing, Natalie Acheampong from East Dulwich office sent me an email: 'Unfortunately our department is at maximum capacity. We will not be able to assist you in your matter'. Didn't they know it on 25.10.2019 at the first instance without the need to waste crucial 10 days before the hearing? Normally I should report them to SRA and Legal Ombudsman but simply just do not have time to waste. Shame I cannot award zero or minus 2 stars."
"Absolute joke. Fambily member was advised to go guilty on first day of trail abd not take the trail and reccomended he would get good deal for guilty plea. And lighter sentence guidline of 2years. would of been time served as on remand but no he got 33 months and and no plea bargian as he wasted there time. The solicitor was humiliated in court by the crown judge and was told shes an embarresment. Diffrent solictor each hearing. There was no comunication beetwen defendant and GT STEWART this is disqusting and waste of time now we have to appeal hes sentence because these guys have made a mockery of this case. AVOID.... AVOID.....AVOID......"
