"I have switched an infinite number of dentists at the other 'My Dentist' surgery in Old Market, where I experienced consistent issues with customer service and/or poor quality of dental work. The reception staff here are very friendly and have been so accommodating with providing me an appointment time that works around my busy work schedule. I struggled with very strong tooth pain for over a month and my previous dentist at different practice could not find where the issue was ….I was told that all is ok and it’s just a gum infection…Luckily I have managed to switch the dentist and get appointment with Dr Dickon Banks at my dentist in Bedminster who got to the bottom of the problems and professionally fixing them one by one saved me from so much pain already ( and it turned out there were quite few issues that were missed by previous practice ).
