"I visited the practice for the first time this morning, having not visited a dentist for around 5 years previously due to anxiety. All the staff were very friendly and everyone went above and beyond in order to make me feel at ease. My dentist Nina was polite and professional and talked me through every step of the appointment which really helped with my anxiety. Overall it was a great experience and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice. "I have recently joined the practice after 8 years of not seeing a dentist at all due to a terrible fear needles and previous bad dental experiences!! I came on a recommendation from a friend and can say I’m so impressed with The Hallows. I was given an appointment with James and can honestly say I have never met such a lovely and compassionate person as him. He completely put my mind at ease even thou I had to face my biggest fear (needles and fillings)!! I had my first filling appointment today and James made the experience comfortable and has made me realise that Dentists should not be feared!! James is professional, funny and caring, he really understood my fears and has helped me to not feel anxious about visiting the dentist anymore!! The practice itself is beautifully decorated and clean. The receptionists and dental nurses are lovely and really welcoming when you come into the practice.
