"They often cancel appointments and get annoyed when you can't make their alternatives. One of the reception staff is really rude and unhelpful. They take a deposit in advance for hygienist appointments and then wonder why you ask for the deposit back when they cancel on you. Dental appointments are really quick and always end up with the guidance of booking with the hygienist which isn't covered under NHS, so it seems like a scam to make money. Also the hygienist is only there two days a week so appointments are really limited."
