"My gran had lived here, the staff are some of the best in Glasgow, its clean and has a lot of natural light coming in. The staff really get to know the residents which is lovely. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage."

"Not so good if your loved one has dementia. I don't think many of the staff have a clue about what dementia is ! Every day I see different staff and can't say I see staff on a regular basis. The home is very clean and my mother looks fine for most of the time . People say she is safe and that's the main thing but I disagree as what's the point of keeping someone safe if mentally they are being neglected !"
