"One word that is wrong with this placd, Tommy. I was told I was not allowed in the common room and had to go to my bed. I asked for complaint forms and he gave me two blank sheets of paper and told to 'batter in'. I am a degree qualified (NDT) who has to stay here as my partner put me out and for tax reasons I put the house in her name. I refuse to be spoken to like an idiot, even the audacity to give me two blank sheets of paper and a crayon shows he thinks I am an echelon below him. I have tried to come and go, my room is being halved and I'm ok with it. What I will not tolerate is to be made out to be an idiot. This is an official complaint and my lawyer will be in touch if need be. Regards Robert Pollock"
"This place is filthy! ..and noisy. It is mostly addicts living here. The location is like a derelict wasteland. The mattress we slept on was covered in mystery stains . You had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower with a clogged drain. This place is a disgrace."
