"Location, was 10mins from city centre with busses every 5mins from the front door or within walking distance to the centre, perfect place to stay if you're visiting the hydro as its a short walk. Beds all brand new extra but double check your room has been checked and changed properly, the cups and towels both dirty and not checked and replaced but my friends room was fantastic so could be genuine once off. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were lovely!"

"You get what you pay for. The hotel overall needs refurbishment but more urgently, the center bed in room 201 desperately needs a new mattress!! Please change it. Making your guests sleep in such torn down mattress is unacceptable. The family room was massive but you could hear people around in night. Overall a decent stay and prices are low."
