The staff acknowledged the return and game me a refund receipt for 59.99. since the amount was not credited immediately, the same staff told me that the refund might take 7-10 working days. I didn't receive the refund yet and I went to the store to check on this and they couldn't help instead gave me a customer loyalty email ID to write. But this turns out to be a wrong email and my email returned. The staff was not helping with the correct solution and I am still waiting for the refund. I have the refund , however the staff lack of direction and knowledge, still a concern."
