"I visited this store at 14.30,pm today and was appalled at the number of people in store without face coverings. Whole families and customers of all ages with no masks and not sticking to social distancing guidelines. At no time did I hear any customer information announcements re facemark rules or social distancing guidelines to make these people aware of their resposibilities to your staff and other customers. The last straw was someone leaning over me with no face covering to pick an item from a shelf. I asked her to move away and was then subjected to abuse. I then just left my items and left the store stopping at the security guard at the door pointing out several customers entering and leaving the store with no face coverings. The more people that see this being ignored encourages more of the same I am fed up hearing from your staff it is not their responsibility to enforce the face covering rule as it is a police matter. It certainly is your responsibility to make customers aware!!! of the the law to protect your customers and staff I have made an issue of this because I had covid19 and nearly died as a result and still attend hospital."
