"Poor customer service. Having confirmed they had the item, they said 10-15 min wait. 25 minutes later they were still ignoring me although even though I was seated in plain sight. So I queued again to reach the desk. The item was sitting behind there. Not a word of regret, never mind an apology for the extended wait. Their problem is they have no system to monitor waiting customers. Suggestion: explain to those who have to wait that either they will call you (and if so make sure you do actually call), or instruct to return to the desk after the 10-15 mins is up. Oh, and try apologising if you drop the ball."
