"Unfortunately my prescription wasn't made up despite it being delivered to Dears a week before picking it up. I waited with no explanation for nearly half an hour. When they made up the prescription it was wrong. I was told it was my GPs issue and to ring them (I couldn't it was late Friday) I explained that my meds could be given in different dose levels circumventing the mistake, although this wasnt relayed to the pharmacist correctly. I waited again for an emegency dose. A very frustrating experience as both GP surgery and Pharmacy don't seem to communicate well, and there is little recourse. Other people were complaining in the shop about the same thing."
