"Absolutely horrendous treatment from the pharmacist. I was standing at the front door bang on 9am along with someone I could only describe as rattling. Pharmacist opened the door, handed a prescription to this guy & told me I'd have to wait & promptly went to shut the door. I said it's a prescription but she shut the door on me. Along came a member of staff who couldn't get her keys in the door to get in, but eventually in she went with myself at the back of her. I asked for the prescription & said that was very unfair handing a prescription out the door but shutting me out. Pharmacist answer to me was it's not safe to let you in, I'm on my own. So preferential treatment for some & she was feeling unsafe to get myself a 63 year old woman a prescription. Just shocking. This pharmacy used to be good with helpful staff. Now, it has gone to the dogs. I'd get better treatment in Boots at the Kirkgate."
"Used to be a great chemist but has completely gone down the pan. Frequently shut within the opening hours it professes and staff are inexperienced and incompetent. Selection of items is painfully small, especially toiletries."
"This chemist has really gone down the pan and the staff should not be working with the public. Rude incompetent staff that couldn't care less. Used to be well run once upon a time."
"This pharmacy has really gone downhill. They no longer text about your prescription and when you go to collect it after waiting 10 days they ask you to come back later. Never answer the phone either when you call to check if it's ready. I had an emergency prescription for asthma medication and they sent me away saying they wouldn't issue it as my dr had forgotten to mark it an emergency and I would have to call NHS 24 as my dr was closed. Very unhelpful."
"Very helpful staff"
