"I've been in this shop plenty of times and never had an issue until today. New guy behind counter was trying to keep a document with my personal details, I had to grab MY OWN document out his hand because he REFUSED to give me it back. I have had several vouchers done in this shop and not once has any other reasonable staff member wanted to keep my document with personal information. You printed proof for yourself that this transaction took place, you don't need or require my personal document. I was told not to come back. Don't worry I won't be back as long as you're there. Such a shame, all other staff members are amazing, especially the older gentleman, young gentleman and the ladies. FAO Owner Sunday 19th February 2023. Not once has ANY shop tried keeping this document, nor has any other staff member from THIS shop."
