"I tried to take my car to another branch of kwik fit today but they were too busy. I called the Pollokshaws branch and was assisted by Joe who told me they would help. From the minute I arrived at the branch he and Ryan were absolutely fantastic. They were able to get my car sorted today and they were so friendly and helpful. Well done boys, an excellent example of customer service. I would definitely recommend them."
"I had an appointment for 3 pm today for a flat tyre issue. Since I had to inflate my tyre on my way to them I arrived 7 minutes late and therefore they decided not to help me .SoI was left with a flat tyre just like that. Wish I could give them less than a star. They can’t be bothered to work or to serve customers especially if they are foreigners!! They wouldn’t have treated a local guy same way"
"Took my car in there, exhaust thermal guard had collapsed and is scrapping the road, garage had 2 cars on the stands and 25mins to close, mechanic (shift manager I believe) decided he’s too busy to even look at it and advise on what he sees and would need a few days before he can look and loosen a few bolts. Absolute Joke of a customer service, Not recommended."
