"Have been buying parts from this company for years, call centre staff are a joke. asked for a simple enough quote got told too many options can’t find them. Is it a software issue? or just laziness from your staff. They have access to dealer systems to identify the correct parts with vehicle VIN / VRM so it’s just laziness. staff need a kick in the right direction to do there job properly. Also rude & abrupt over the phone also website needs vast updates this is 2022!!"
