"Terrible attitude recently when I called for a part. Spent hundreds in this place over time and phoned recently to be told no more retail sales?? Nice to be informed of the fact, surely an email to regular customers would have been good??? Shocking way to treat people. Stay clear. Guy on the phone suggested I speak to a taxi driver to get the parts ordered for me. Keep your advice. Not interested. Very disappointing indeed."
"Called Edinburgh TPS regarding a parts enquiry for an Exhaust pressure control valve for my sister’s Audi A3. Was told the component from 2 different parts advisors that it is only supplied as a complete Downpipe and that the price was nearly £300. I was not satisfied by this and I called TPS Glasgow Ballieston. My call was taken by Julie who took the time to discover that there is a repair kit that includes the Stepper Motor for the Exhaust pressure valve that I required, this was considerably less expensive at £111 including Vat. I can’t thank Julie enough for her very knowledgeable effort, it was also a breath of fresh air conversing with someone that clearly knows what they are doing. Good work Julie, you are a credit to your company and in future when I’m calling for parts I will be asking for you by name."
