"Very professional from start to finish. Office staff quickly arranged a meeting with owner Greg the next day to discuss the most suitable boiler replacement. He was knowledgeable, helpful but did not put any pressure on me. Quote was provided withing 24 hrs and it was reasonable for a top quality boiler . Nigel, the boiler fitter, was great. He turned up promptly on the day, explained things very clearly and completed all work in an efficient and polite manner. Office staff then registered my 12 year warranty with Worcester on my behalf.
