"Booked through Halfords for 4 tyres to be replaced the same day. On arrival the tyres hadn't arrived through no fault of the National Tyres garage at Formby. Had to wait an hour, and without being asked the manager provided a discount for inconvenience. He and the fitter both very helpful, apologetic, and I was very happy with the service product. Also got advice as to which bars to visit locally!"
"I went here after a let down in another tyre place. Not sure why I didn't go here first. The guys were awesome. Sorted 2 back tyres, new valves and cleaned rims on my wife's car. Really spent a long time getting them sorted and so very reasonable in price. I always though "stay away from the big names" but the guys here have made me realise its the people. "Customer service was non existent from the man who told me to 'just go online' when I asked what tyres where best for my car. The same man told me he would charge me for swapping my new tyres from the back to front wheels as 'we don't get anything as you booked it online'. Can't be bothered attitude basically"

The staff were friendly and very positive about what they were doing, making sure I knew the process at each stage, there was even a little chitchat too which was very welcoming. The prices are a little higher than some local places but if you want to drive away feeling like the jobs done right then for me this is one of hose places I would trust :)"
