"My patio door in my living room was smashed and needed new glass ASAP. He came round on the 6th Dec measured the window, gave me a quote and said he would get in contact to fit the glass. Never heard from him so tried calling and texting to just be ignored. Can't get anyone to come out now until the new year. Very unprofessional!"
"I had a broken window and asked this company to fix it asap. Came to measure up and I Was told the glass was on order and it would be done the next week. They never turned up all that week. The week after I tried to call before the Christmas period started and no answer. If they had been honest with me i could have just asked someone else. Now I have to wait until the 3rd of jan for the glass company to reopen. I organised this well in time before the Christmas period. Not one for complaining and like to give everyone a chance but I feel extremely let down."
"Rob and Sean have replaced both our back and front doors including the leaded sections and the small gas meter cupboard. Additionally they have at different times swapped the clear sealed units to frosted in our new bathroom and the frosted to clear in the new bedroom. Most recently they have installed a new window on our kitchen. We are very happy with all their work, they have arrived on time, completed all the work to a high standard, cleared all the old frames etc and left everything clean and tidy. Most importantly when we had a slight issue they came back very quickly and adjusted one of the doors. We would wholeheartedly recommend them. We have booked them to clad the soffits next year once our house has been re-rendered"
