"So sad to review like this. The staff are fantastic, being forced to work under Halfords ludicrous conditions sadly has ruined National Tyres. Halfords expects me to drive a car with no MOT to their garage so they can take a look at it (not that I need or want them to), Halfords are a joke. It's like having a professional mechanic (national) being told what to do by a have a go hero mechanic from next door. Won't be back again sadly."
"Found online and got MOT cheap plus extra for signing up for newsletter which cancelled afterwards and got work done cheaper due to same as MOT and went over to Crosby village for walk around while waited"
"Overworked, jaded mechanics who could all do with a long, restful holiday away from their target-driven commercial environment. When mechanics are placed under too much pressure....their customer service begins to suck. Some of us (consumers) begin to notice it and voice the painful truth. Remember the video "Uptown Girl" where Billy Joel and his musical grease monkey pals all did a finely choreographed jig? Well that's not what you'll ever see at this branch. The mood is much more grim...."
