"Rang to arrange the cremation of my pet. The receptionists tone and attitude was totally off, please don’t laugh with your colleagues whilst a client is on the phone, clearly very distressed. I was not registered with the practice due to being new to the area, however the receptionist asked questions about my pets history and where this information could be obtained - she had already died from natural causes when I called. Why would her history have been needed for a cremation? I used a cremation service elsewhere, where she was thankfully treated with respect, just as the family member she truly was."
"ALL THE STAFF are amazing- they go above and beyond at every step and do their jobs from the heart not from protocol, they are all professional and excellent in their roles but the best part about them is they are all really kind and caring- my pet loves to visit them, even when shes really sick she always wags her tail when we arrive. Honestly i have total peace of mind when my dog is in their care. The two vets alex and alex are two of the nicest guys you could ever meet and they are always so supportive if im emotional when i visit them.
