"Fantastic vets, I’ve never had a bad experience here. The receptionists, vets and nurses are always so welcoming, friendly and polite and my dogs actually enjoy going to the vets! They always take the time to make a fuss over them so I always know they’re in the best hands. Especially with Katie, she has done so much for one of my dogs and he always enjoys seeing her, and for that I’ll always be grateful. 10/10 would recommend!"

We travel quite a distance to take our parrot to see Mark Naguib who in our book is just simply the best. Mark makes sure he explains everything to you so you understand, he is very knowledgeable . You can tell that Mark really does care about the animals and goes above and beyond to find out what is wrong even when he is himself baffled he never gives up. We all felt as soon as we met him complete trust and would not take our parrot anywhere else!!
