"Friendly and helpful staff but rooms are very dated. Various lightbulbs not working (only had bedside lamps in bedroom one worked intermittently, the other not at all), clear certain areas of the room not cleaned well and have built up dirt over time, unable to operate TV and was unsure if dodgy remote or TV itself as buttons on side of TV not working, distinct lack of plug sockets so unable to charge phone by side of bed."

Staff Absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough for us even under strenuous circumstances! I cannot rate the food highly enough! Gorgeous! All my families dietary requirements were met. Mel was a god send and step by step lead me through the whole process, all staff fantastic, nothing at all too much and all had a great sense of humour which made a very nervous bride a lot easier! Honestly don't think it would have been the same anywhere else, and for a wanna be jeans and t-shirt bride Mel made me want to do it all again! Thankyou to you all!
