"I think alot of M&S food is absolutely delicious. This store is a good size and in a great location. I guess my problem is with one member of staff who clearly believes that she is never wrong. We tried to buy an item that was very clearly marked at one price. Once taken to the till we had a small disagreement about this price. Eventually led to us showing the staff member in question the label, which she promptly removed in front of us an denied it was ever there...."
