"I brought a hoodie from here and the zip broke off unfortunately I lost the receipt and they wouldn't exchange the item. The manager said he would make a phone call and get back to me. As I expected no phone call. Don't look after the customer and get him out the shop, sorry the system won't let me do a refund or exchange. Peacocks your rubbish thanks for not even trying. I've got a broken jacket that I may aswell cut up the clean the windows."
